Our production managers have an average of more than a decade of industry experience. Moreover, they have a stringent project methodology they adhere to in order to provide an unparalleled standard of service. From pre-production to production to final delivery and proof checking to press checking, they know how to communicate with clients and suppliers to offer the ultimate in quality assurance.


InnerWorkings' proprietary technology and database streamline the print procurement process for our clients by eliminating inefficiencies within the traditional print supply chain and expediting production. However, our technology alone cannot manage all the variables associated with procuring print and promotional solutions for our clients, which often involves collaboration among numerous parties. Effective management of the procurement process requires that dedicated and experienced personnel work closely with both clients and suppliers. InnerWorkings' account executives and procurement managers perform that critical function.


Our team of experienced account executives and production managers are with you through every step of the project ensuring that your expectations are met or exceeded.


For many of our larger enterprise clients we provide production managers on-site at their location. In most cases, these production managers work as an extension of our client’s production or marketing department at no cost to the client. These professionals serve as the project conduit within the organization and see to it that the InnerWorkings systems and processes are being implemented appropriately.
